For Parents: The Good Enough Parent

Parenting is one of the most demanding roles a person can take on and it comes with no training manual. Our programs for parents are built on a simple premise: you do not have to be a perfect parent. You just have to be good present, curious, and willing to grow alongside your child.

For Children: The Good Enough Child

Children are not problems to be solved, they are people to be understood. Our programs for children help them develop the emotional vocabulary, self-awareness, and resilience they need to navigate their world with confidence.

Our facilitators work in schools, community centres, and summer camps to deliver age-appropriate social-emotional learning in an engaging, child-led way.
